Help Eror delphi..:(

top custom html 2agan agan .. saya mau nanya . ko kalo saya buka dhelphi trs ada informasi eror gan. informasinya itu bertuliskan D7reg.exe-Unable to post component this covering has unsuccessful to move because qtintf70.dll was not found. re-instaling the aplication haw mend this difficulty .. ada yang tau ga solusinya biar bisa jalan lagi ?? padahal udah saya coba di set ulang delphi nya .. Mohon pencerahannya :)bottom custom html 3
